Exceptional Technician, No More Leaks, and a Clean Chimney!
Back on October 18, 2010, one of your technicians (not sure of his name) cleaned my chimney. He took photos of the crown which was in need of repair.
I showed him where rain water leaks onto the garage floor at the base of the chimney masonry during rainfall. I had 3 contractors here at separate times and
neither of them could figure out where the leak originated from. Your technician did! He also recommended a chimney cap which I had him install and he applied a
sealer on the crown.
With the rain we had the next day and today, and there is no leak. His work was worth every penny and I am relieved that the problem is fixed.
